Grrr Settings changed back to default

Very annoying that settings such as payment via bank transfer previous to stay and my template message 3 days out have gone.  Very annoying as I assumed guests were receiving them.  I had a break over winter (NZ winter) and now things have been lost, anyone else had this problem?

I also hate that i can't change description of property as it does not make my property sound appealing.

Hi

 

You can write you your owndescription and then submit it. the option to do this is under ....Property  > View your Description.

 

you will then section sections with 'Request fix'. Submit your changes and wait for confirmation its has been done.

It comes in useful for the Fine Print section too, when you want them to see requirements , terms and conditions etc.

No I have never heard of this happening.

 

From an I.T. presepective theres only two ways something like this can happen :

 

 

1. Human interaction changed the settings while logged on as you or another approved user.

2. A system recovery was done which resulted in a rollback of your listing settings.

 

 

It sounds like you have not been using it for months.

 

Try testing it by setting up as required, leave the page by click on another menu option and then return and see if the settings are there.
