Guest canceled his stay after my request, he should get all money back?
we agreed with guest that he will cancel his request via the host link with option that guest will not be charged. But he didnt get any money back.
Do you know if he will get all money back?

did they pay booking.com and you charge a VCC?
Simply contact BdC support to advise of the booking number for them to confirm the process was done correctly.
