Guest Check-in without payment

Dear booking.com

the guest of reference is *** - *** *** checked in without payment.

i followed up with several messages on booking.com.  the guests pitch on Tuesday 19 March 2019 without receiving any payment and will be checking out tomorrow.   What do I  do as I do not have any credit card facility.  the guest is from France and came to South Africa to do the Cape Epic cycling tour.

Please assist with the above.
