Guest coming in September, wants to pay now
A guest that booked with me contacted me regarding his payment: He wants to pay now and does not know hoe, neither do I.
Could someone please assist, he booked on the app and Booking.com handles all my payments.
If booking.com handle your payments maybe the guest should call the booking.com helpline instead of you. Or wait a day or two in case this is a timing error and will refresh on the guests credit card statement.
