Guest credit cara decline

Hello we are getteing refuse from guest credit card. His name is *** *** *** is his booking number. We host him 26-28 of march. As said , his credit card respond is over usage limit. We contacted the guest, but he is saying mt card is ok, its our problem... what should we do?
