Guest credit card details not available on Mac

I just switched to Mac from Windows and I use Chrome on Mac, same browser I used before. On my Mac I'm unable to view guests credit card details. Already tried other browsers, deleting browser history, and incognito window, but keep getting the same error:

Reservation ID: XXXXX

Your guest's credit card details aren't available. The credit card cannot be shown.

Indeed Chrome on MAC OSX behaves same as on PC.

But remember VCC issued by BdC will never be viewable until at least 12 noon the day after check-in date.

If its already post that time and date, try clear browser cache

Already tried all that. My issue is not with the CVV but the entire credit card information.

I already tried Safari and get the same issue.

Any other advice?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Choose Account
Now choose Other
Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
