Guest did not made pre payment or answers
Hi, My Guest did not made any prepayment to finalise the reservation. After lot of waiting time Both Guest and Booking service team did not react on this. (Booking Nr. 2750945723)
After trying everything and waiting enough time... I do consider this reservation cancelled. I do not care anymore what the guest does (as far as i can tell might be a scam or a fake Guest ) and I also dont care if the Booking team will or not do its work for which is been payed for.
Contacting the service team for help has been a bad experience. Booking.com need to improve here as the service is a disgrace. It cant be directly contacted from the messagin menu and not from the related Pulse App and is difficult to get into someone unless you start following Gazillions of links.
I will start recomanding my Guests to use a different platform.
