guest did not show up and commission amount has generated
Dear sir ,
our extranet was suspended due to unpaid invoices from two months, we did not know how this booking made by guest even though extranet suspended. today we have opened our extranet page and seen this booking made by guest even guest did not arrive on this date . please rectify this booking status Thanks & Regards

You can try No Show feature or under finance menu > statements, mark the reservation , tick box and submit to dispute.
and message via extranet to mark it as No Show.
