guest didn't show up

hello everyone !

I am new to booking.com. the guest didn't show up but I got the invoice of commission and GST from booking. what to do ? please help

First thing is click on reservation to open it.

On right pane click on no show.


That should be enough.


Additionally use finance menu get paid, to find the contact finance team info. Send them a message or phone.

When a guest is not coming to your property is really important to mark this reservation as a no-show that way you will not be charged commission.
