Guest has checked out, and I haven’t received payment

I rented my house this weekend for guest Richard. He has checked out, and I haven’t received payment. Your notes stated that I should have gotten paid on July 23rd. It is now July 26th, and I still don’t see money in my account? Why the delay? When can I expect getting paid?
