Guest not responding to any Email Correspondence,

Good Day 

I cant get hold of the guest:

*** *** ***

does not have a correct contact number so we cant get hold of her, her email is also not her real email address and therefore we cant contact her to collect payment.

 

She has not corresponded to any emails sent to her.

We would like to cancel this booking as this is over a weekend and I can resell to anyone now and not later.

 



I have to sort this out as soon as possible to prevent any no-show over a weekend.

Please call me ASAP to sort out this complaint URGENTLY.

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
