guest paying method

Today i received my first booking . N : 3283136066
I have no credit cart or pre-payment required. if my guest appeared today, how can i do it? take a cash from her? or does she pays for a booking.com and then you transfer me money?

Just beware re getting paid.
Booking.com has not forwarded my guests payments of $3300 for bookings throughout May and June.
I have been continuously calling and emailing booking.com and no one will help - they just they're sorry to hear and that they'll forward my query to the relevant department.
I've noticed that many people are experiencing non-payment issues too and cannot get help no matter how many times the call or email.
I really hope you do get paid.
If the guest arrives, you'll have to take cash for now
But don't let them book without paying or you'll get a lot of people booking, your calendar will get blocked, and they won't turn up and you'll have no money.

The support team for booking.com seem seem very impersonal. i cried for help on solving the issue of billing me when i never received a single customer but they dont seem to be offering solution. they blocked my property. now where do i get money to pay them? my whatzup is +256780262605 and my email is naz@musph.ac.ug . what is difficult in replying me directly.

it would be great if you and your company booking really, genuinely support all of us.
You are only providing those pre-set automated messages, which are mostly useless.
We need real time online support, we need a phone number to customer service and we need you to reply to our written messages.
Partners here should not support each other, just guessing what is right to do and what is not, it should be you and your time providing support for us as, to be honest, you make nice money from us.

I have people all the time booking without paying and my calender is blocked,i am left waiting for guest arrival, No one turns up most of the time, I lose other guest from other booking channels which are more better in terms of the issue i am facing on booking .com
I dont use a credit card machine nor is that option available to me in India.
Can you please advice and help?

Thank you for your reply. I really thank u for the prompt reply as it is extremly difficult to contact booking.com unlike how it used to be a couple of years back.
The indian numbers given are not operational. have tried them umpteenth time. U can understand the plight .
I am sorry to say Booking.com has very strict ruls set for the host but from booking.com side things dont work the same way
i really have difficult getting right responses from booking.com. but they are fast to request for payment even when you haven't gotten a client. Their system needs to be tighter to minimise fake bookings. a few consistence checks on names used and other details can minimise this. there should also be artificial intelligence means to check this.
