A guest refund

We had a guest arrive to check in with two rooms booked and one of the rooms there was no name added, our staff then couldn't find the guests booking to check them in and had to make them a new reservation. The original booking was then marked as a no show and booking.com has then charged the guest for the no show. The booking number is
