Guest refund
Hi there. I had a guest that booked in last minute late last night. Unfortunately my caretaker had not put the key in the box, so they had to go elsewhere. How do we refund them? They said they would cancelled the reservation however it doesn’t look like they have. Can you process a refund for them.
