Guest want to cancel because of covid

Guest want to cancel because of covid and I agree to the cancelation without fees. But I can't reach the support. No email support anywhere and no phone numbers! What is going on Booking.com???

What kind of service is this supposed to be!!!!

You dont need to, direct the Guest to logon to their account and do one of these:

 

  1. click on reservation then cancel to start the process
  2. or  they contact CS team on booking.com - multiple methods including live chat for them.

 


Actually there is, its literally right in front of you but here is my summarised version, see below.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
