A guest wants to cancel a booking for tomorrow but chose the non-refundable option

Hi all,

I have a guest who who like to cancel a booking for tomorrow but chose the non-refundable option when booking.

The guest claims the location is not suitable.

What advice and action can be taken from this side? As a guesture of good will I would like to provide a partial refund if possible. What are the payment arrangements required to make this happen?

thanks,

Ashley

then either you leave it as is and the policy is enforced or you be creative:

  1. Offer a discount or credit for direct booking a future stay
  2. Change the dates
  3. Offer partial refund.

Partial refund if they prepaid BdC., simple message or phone partner support the details so they can refund the funds the took prepayment of.
