Good morning all partners.  Hope everyone is staying safe and well as well as surviving these challenging times.


I wanted to find out if any of you are receiving international bookings where guests book for a reasonably lengthy period but then provide incorrect credit card details?  We have had this situation at Newlands Guest House in Cape Town about 4 times in the last 2 weeks.  Most of these bookings have originated from a specific country but I guess I had better not say where!


Needless to say, we have marked the credit cards as invalid and the bookings have been cancelled through  I just wanted to find out if any of you have had similar problems?

Its fine to share where especially if we recognise the address and know it to be something like Agodoa booked.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
