a gust has booked for July and the rate is incorrect. what can I do
hi I received a booking last night and the rate is way out what are my options. if the guest had booked one night ok but its a 7 night stay. what can I do.
I recieved a booking last night while I hadn't fixed the rates for July and if it was for one night I understand but the reservation is for seven nights hence too much to accord this to the customer. what can I do. with I cancel his reservation or I change his reservation please can I get a quick reply
Hi Brian,
First fix the rate plan and on the calendar -list view.
Then call partner support to assist with the reservation, and contacting the guest to advise them of the price hike and option to cancel
