Having gone round in circles for the past hour, can anyone point me to the hidden corner where I might find a way to communicate with someone at booking.com???

We need to get an EXACT amount of payment that we are told will be sent next month. We are required by the gov. to submit invoices in the SAME MONTH. We cannot wait until payment comes through.

I find this website so frustrating....full of 'advice' I don't need, but impossible to find what I DO need. It used to be possible to send a message, but these days it seems easier to communicate with the dead....!

 welcome 

  • that is all under the Finance menu, i dont know why your view of the extranet would be different .
  • it has always been there,, there is a docs & invoices for dates and breakdown
  • there is also reservations detail statement, with options to see breakdown and tick a box t o dispute
  • comms still very simple via extranet, see my guides below
