Hello, i would like to cancel the reservation from *** ***. She want to stay from 04.07.2021 to 13.07.2021 in Vila Lina in Vir.


I‘d like to cancel the reservation from *** ***. Initially, they wanted to stay from 04.07.2021 to 13.07.2021 in Vila Lina in Vir. 
However, we noticed that we are already booked for the given period. 
Would it therefore be possible to cancel the reservation and additionally refund their money on their credit card? 
We really appreciate your service and are sorry for our mistake. Please let us know if it‘s possible

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
