Help needed re changing the country and bank of my payments

Hi all - I have a Villa in Tuscany that I want to rent out and Bookings.com is defaulting and requesting details of an Italian Bank. I do have an Italian bank account but they are a nightmare and I would prefer to use a more reliable UK one. Is there any way of changing the payment bank in Booking.com that anyone has found?
