Hi, Booking.com take the booking fees directly from my customers. According to the Finance tab I should've received a payout on the 16th September for Augusts bookings. No monies reflected in my account. I have checked my banking details etc. Some advice.
According to the Finance page, the payment was to have been made on the 16 September. I am new to Booking.com and find navigation around the platform very frustrating. Where will I see if payment is actually made? And if not where I can I contact somebody on Booking.com.

Since this is not BDC but only a Partner Community you have to resend your message request through your Extranet inbox tab directly to BDC .

Nothing unusual there. Your payment can take up to 10days according to BDC.
I have been with them 4 years and generally very satified.

It has now been 6 weeks from my first guest arriving. My statement said payout would be on the 16th Sept. It's now the 18th. Still no payout. Is there a direct way to contact them

In your Finance tab under Payout Information you should be see your payout info.

So lets dive right in :
FYI ..... I needed to get this issue resolved and the information I received did not help me one bit. I eventually managed to find a phone number and contacted the Finance department who then sorted out my query in a most efficient manner.
