hi, i have been getting payment reminders but fact is my property was never got any guest or booking moreover both the times it was covid outbreak and my building was under lockdown so if there was no booking done or guest stayed how i am eligible to make payment of commission to Booking .com 

when no one stayed in my property , i have responded few times in the past to get this correction done but no response from your side .
