Hotelgandiol (***) invoice ***

Dear sir,

Thanks for the invoice number *** you sent us.

Unfortunatly, our establishment was closed since the Senegal governement has decided it because of the Coronavirus situation. The guest didn't come and please cancel the invoice of april.

You will need to escalate this issue you have directly with the bdc customer support via the telephone number available in your extranet inbox or via email.

Extranet > Inbox > Booking Messages ,

Right pane click on See Contact Options to reveal phone number and message options.
