How to add a card payment to my account to pay invoices

Currently my account status to settle my invoices is "bank transfer". Due to cost of transfer, I need access to pay invoices to booking.com by using my credit card online. Unfortunately after several weeks of trying, booking.com is not responding to my emails through the very extranet they use.

I'm so frustrated that I don't have a clue as to what to do. 

Can anyone assist please?

1. There has never been such an option.


2. Phone them

 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
