There is nothing on booking.com website that allows me to cancel my account.

Please cancel my account !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Teresa

 

No one will be doing it for you.

 

  1. In the extranet, first close all avilability, close rooms to prevent bookings.
  2. go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  3. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  4. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  5. Choose Account
  6. Now choose TERMINATE
  7. Follow the prompts

 

How can I remove a property or end my partnership with Booking.com?

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I want to try this but the instructions dont work the options are not there

i called them 2 times every month to ask but they agree but nothing happens its still there

I hear you... Just opened and listed my Airbnbs, so easy that not even IKEA manuals can beat that :D... But then Booking.com, is like you need to be Mark Zuckerberg or something, I had to delete my properties like 20 times and in the end, I just need to delete my account and apparentely, there is no option to be seen on that.... WHY????

This is the partner forum not the booking.com helpdesk so we cannot do this for you.

Search on Help for 'end partnership' for the process to cancel your account.
