how to cancel order form
i want to cancel a order form. becaus i have trouble with my house.so the people can't live in my house.i want to give back the money to people who want to live my house.
so how to operate.
please give me some advice.

If you cant get the booking guests to accept your cancel request via messaging on the details page then:
Pickup the phone and ring support team, do not message unless to want to wait days for a response.
See below for contact info.
And just before you do set all rooms to closed and or set inventory per room type to zero.
FYI: Depending on how old the reservations are BdC will likely expect you to pay for the relocations.
