How to change contact details and get access to full owners site on mobile

Hi, I am not receiving texts from booking.com on the mobile registered and therefore not receiving texts with codes. When I choose option to receive by phone it says page not in use. For example I need to add my bank details in finance section. I have changed my phone number in one section but it has not updated the full site ! 

Also I can only access my account and respond to guest messages on my laptop. How can I do this on my mobile.

I am finding it very frustrating that the local customer services number on the website is out of operation yet the number is still provided and finding help is proving very difficult.

Any and all help you as  users can give would be greatly appreciated.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 


  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
