How do I change my Payout Method?

It's currently set for VCC, but I don't have a POS, so have no way of charging.   I entered my bank details more than a week ago, but I still have no option to change my payout method.  It's locked and I cannot sem to find any way to contact Booking support.  Thanks for any insights you can give. :)

Thats not a thing.


VCC means you are on the BdC Online Payments method.

Default method is guest pays you , so ask for that or apply for Payments By Booking.


or dont use BdC method at all and setup 3rd party method, and utilise New Reservation template and set a time limit before you click cancel

Thank you for taking the time to answer... and for your helpful guides. :)

I guess I'm just thick, but I just don't get it.  I cannot charge VCC.  The bookings show as "paid", but I have no idea how to get this money.  I have read the support pages, and contact support- who only sent me links to the support pages.  I have been on and off the phone for an hour now.  I have already cancelled BdC payments, so I will just take payments on arrival as I did in the past- which worked fine.  I'm sure I will look back and be embarrassed for myself once it finally clicks.  But for now, I'm just going old-school.  Thanks again for your effort. :)
