how do i charge a pet fee
i have a client staying who i need to charge a pet fee for but im unsure how to do this i thought i should have been able to change the amount in booking but i can see where

Have you found out something about this topic yet?
I believe that you can add this information on our site that your guests need to pay it to you, but I don't think that it will be charged with the reservation.
If you go into Policies on the Intranet, you can add information under the "House Rules" section. We include the wording: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
People then need to contact us to make sure that the pet they want to bring is suitable. If you have this in place, it does give you the right of refusal if you are not comfortable with the request. For example, we do not allow American Pit Bulls or other aggressive breeds. When they call I tell them about the fee which they can simply pay when they get here. This system has worked well for us over several years now.
