How do I get cancelation amount

Recently I faced one booking cancelation few minutes before expected checkin time. According to policy I should get complete amount. But I accept cash only and customer didnt shown up. 

How can get amount such cases ?

  • zero , so zero chance when not prepaid.
  • so invest in a 3rd party payment service provider 
  • add the process with a time limit to prepay into the NEW reservation template

now problem solved. :)
