How do I get paid?
I am really frustrated with booking.com. The website is horrible. We've had one booking, no payment, no way to contact booking.com, and no apparent way to cancel our listing.

You can contact Booking either through host help message system within Extranet or by giving them a call. It is not that hard really.
It is if you can't find the link. Everything Itry is automated.
