How do we know if a guest has paid in the member portal

the reservation details page will tell you that plus you as the owner should already know if thats even possible as only you could have signed up for the prepayment feature, so if you never did then guest defaults to pay you.


its literally that simple, so if default  then sign up with a 3rd party for prepayment options and give it to guest via the message template new  reservation
