How to get booking.com to actually pay me

I did not receive any payouts from Dec 21 - March 22. I have been phoning them every 2 - 3 weeks and emailing for the past 3.5 months and I never get a follow up, they just say every time "sorry this is not our area we have to get the finance department to get back to you" and they escalate it. No one ever follow up. 

I have sent bank statement and provided all the evidence they need. Its over $7K and feel this is no longer acceptable or ethical to be treated like this.

I want to repot Booking.com to the authorities in Australia, who do you recommend?  I have also submitted a dispute with no response two weeks ago

Also note - in March I started getting my payouts as I changed my bank details, but not from Dec 21 - March 22

Does Aus have an equivalent the UK's "Small Claims Court"? It's a quicker, easier and less expensive way to sue someone for "smaller" amounts of monies owed.

At 7K AusD it would be worthwhile, plus the more people that do this the better, make it that BDC paying on time is less hassle for them than delaying and paying out extra legal fees.

Same happend to me since January. 3.000€ they have to pay me. Thousands of messages and calls and there is no answer.

Just the law....
