How to make Booking.com takes guest payments and then pay out to me?

Since I join Booking.com, we have not received any payouts from them. Guests have loaded their card details but Booking.com is not taking them. So I have been chasing guests the payments. 

I am based in New Zealand, I am not sure if this happens due to location or have I not changed my settings?

  • no very bad idea just google for 3rd party payment service providers
  • then add to new reservation template as a process with a time limit before you click request cancel and option1 when they fail to comply.
  • opt out of VCC by BdC if you have it enabled
