How to receive the money I earned from Booking.com

I have a rental home, that i rented out full time via booking.com and other partners. Only good reviews never any problem. Now Booking.com stopped paying me out suddenly already for 1.5 months. I had to find out myself that they wanted to verify my property location and an accountmanager would contact me . Of course nothing happened and nobody responds to the video i uploaded as proof. The Dutch employees told me that booking.com has a terrible service and they have no idea when i will receive my money or any response. They told me they receive only complaints and dont know how to handle them..

How can I get back my money from this organisation??

All properties need to be verified independently on rating. I suggest you call Customer Service Team and ask them to submit a ticket to the Verification team in order to review your video you uploaded.

Suggestion, make sure in your video you show the most amount of rooms and amenities that you promote on your profile so the verification is successful and your property is open faster.
