How to see and charge Virtual Credit Card ?


I had guests staying till yesterday, and I'm wondering when and how should I receive payment from them. For this reservation, I see the "Status OK, Paid online" badge, but the button for Displaying credit card info is disabled. Also, when I go to manage VCC section everything is empty. What should I do?

Sorry I don't understand ? Will I automatically receive money after certen amount of days of what should I do ?

VCC info will never be available until 1 day after check -in date.

You need to then charge that VCC info with a 3rd party ePOS service that allows VCC and merchant ID = accoommodation.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
