I am getting charged for a booking that never actually happened
Hello !
Today I receive a charge about a booking that never actually happened , my hostel is closed as many around the world. How can I dispute that ?
did you cancel the booking? Your charges are based on what is in the system so if you didn't cancel it how do booking.com know it didn't happen. You need to keep it up to date.
You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help resolve this. Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet for the Finance team or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

I understand , but booking can also help in this cases and verify if the commission charge applies or not.

its very simple open the extranet and finance menu for reservations/invoices and use the raise dispute feature.
or simply message the details via Contact BdC- Location of Partner Only Phone number and Message methods
