I am a villa owner and a reservation has disappeared from my account on your page
I do not know the correct booking number.
I had a booking with a customer called *** for 31st August - 10th September 2021. You took a deposit of €765 euro on 3/1/2021. I cannot see the reservation on your website. Where is the booking, is it still live, and if it is cancelled what has happened to the deposit?
