I cannot mark cards invalid this month.

For July 1st-9th , it is not an option to mark a card invalid. it is July 12th currently so I should not have any issues doing so. This isnt the first month this has happened either. I have called the number in the inbox but those people are no help. They are clueless to what i am talking about and keep telling me the will give me a call back and NEVER DO. We will not pay commission on people who did not stay here with invalid cards.
