I can't get the payment details like i used to off of someone who has paid online with a virtual credit card

Hi,

I used to be able to go onto the pulse app and take all credit card details off of people who had paid or put there details online. Recently i have not been able to access the virtual payment details, it just says the guest has paid online but doesn't let me access them.

Hi James

 

on the extranet (full fat client  on a PC on a web browser), when you click on their details page, you will see partial info, until day 2 of their stay or earlier if it is prepaid and they cancel.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
