I can't pay the invoice with my credit card

I want to pay an invoice with my credit card but the operation is always refuse. Unfortunately it is very hard to contact Booking for help in these kinds of issues. I want to pay my invoice soon in order I am not delay with the payment but your system refuse payments with my Master Card. Please help me!
