I dont get paid. Why and what is the problem?

 I was wondering how much time and calls I need to make for Booking.com to fix the issues with the payments. It  is someone at Booking.com  who  can fix  this small problem? I  am waiting for response.

In this forum owners share tips and advice and you will not get an answer from customer support as the only booking.com personnel here are the admins/moderators who i do not think can assist with your issue.

If you share some details we might be able to help from our experiences.

What I can tell you if booking.com handle your guest payments (ie. guests pay booking.com direct and then you get paid by booking.com your less the commision) you will get paid by the 15th of the following month. If the booking overlaps a month (eg. end Jan20 + 1 day in Feb20) you will get paid the following month (Mar20 in the example).
