I have a guest who has booked but she's unable to pay with her Credit Card

*** *** *** has made a booking with me.

She called me to say that she is unable to make payment on her credit card.

Can someone kindly assist her.

You are not properly sharing details, and this leprechaun is not a mind reader despite the myth that is me :p


Guests should be directed to booking.com and they can talk to Customer Service.


That  is a them problem not a you problem.  Dont get involved unless you want to offer them to pay you directly by bank transfer or cash etc.
