I have a no shown gust and I´m being charged
Frist of all I want to say you are ne of the best plataforms of online booking we work with.
Second, This mail is to do a complain about a client we never recieved but I´m being charged.
We marked the not shown because this person never showed up but We imagine he is saying he did.
He was a bad guest who never answered our messages and when he did he said he never did a reservation with us.
The reservation number is 3010326934.
We would like to cofirm what happened and letting you know we dont agree with the payment of this.
