I have not received payment transfer from September 4

I have a problem with booking, I have not been paid for the last stay I had, which was on September 4, more than a month ago I should have charged. Has something like this happened to any of you? Do you know where I should claim? Thank you..

In your Extranet under your Finance tab you can send a message request directly to booking.com.

Hi Jose 


goto extranet, open finance section, look under docs & invoices, near top right is next payout date.


check and reconcile all bookings since last payout and check the commission owed prior also, make sure the payout value actually exceeds the commission owned.
