I need a PROOF OF PAYMENT from Booking.com as I have not received my PAYOUT for APRIL.
I have been trying to get hold of someone in South Africa so I can obtain a BANK PROOF OF PAYMENT from Booking.com Finance department to supply to my bank as I have not been paid for my APRIL bookings.
I have read through the FAQs and there is nothing to help me in them.
I want to speak to someone.
Hi, I have had the same issues, I messaged my bank and they asked for a proof of payment from booking.com as I did not receive any payments from the 23rd March. I have now removed my property from booking and transferred all the future reservations to air B and B. It has been a nightmare, paying for the cleaning and maintenance from my own pocket.
I was finally paid and payment was delayed by Forex/FNB. I called them and the released the money on the 10th. But, as you, I have disconnected bookings for my property on this platform for now. I'm a bit fed-up with the booking.com way of dealing with partner concerns.
Booking.com do not look after their partners or guests, I had enough.
