I received a booking without credit card details, but I didnt want this option to happen

Hi There, I'm new in this. I received a few booking for easters but they didn't give their credit card details, I couldn't find anywhere, how can I request their credit cards to secure my booking? thank you

First provide your listing link, and add it to your profile so we can view to see what payment option(s) you setup.

 

How & Why Add your Listing to your Partner Community Profile

 

By default , you get paid direct with Guest, on arrival, or other ;but you must mention it on Fine Print , and also in the auto message template for new reservation.

 

So if you have not signed up for Bdc Online Payments then there will be no VCC attached, and it will not be visible until 1 day after the arrival date.

 

Then you need a 3rd party payment gateway service and merchant account for accommodation tagged on it in order to process VCC.

 

If you just want guests to prepay you direct and have the ePOs/3rd party service setup for it, then just set extranet policy for prepayment to on; add a note into the auto message tempalte on how they must pay; set an expiry of minimum 24h to pay or voided and then cancelled by you on reservation details page.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
