I still haven't been payed for guests that stayed weeks ago!

Why is there no one to contact when we have serious problems like this?

I have cancelled all dates on booking. com and will not be accepting any bookings until I have been payed for the guests that have stayed.

It's disgraceful that there are no contact numbers.

That is not a thing when its only been a week. You also have not stated what you setup for payments, no mind readers here.

 

The fastest method is either:

  • Guest directly prepays or card in person, or digital method
  • Online Payments By BdC - DAy 2 of stay CC info revealed, requires a payment service provider device or virtual terminal.

 

Your misconception and misunderstanding is understandable, but if you never read all the getting start  and related guides you will never learn the correct info and perspective.

 

so next time think before venting about something silly you forgot to do.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
