I want to cancel a reservation that booking.com has confirmed

I requested a deposit and the customer chooses to ignore it

So when there is a deposit and the auto message template for new reservation is defined for this , How much, How to pay, and must pay with in x hours for last minute, Y days for normal,...


then you can cancel it, by clicking right pane, Request Cancellation on the reservation details page.

Choose option 1 and follow the prompts.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
